Wildlife Collection by Maraverse Games · Last updated: 22 October 2026
This page explains how to delete your Wildlife Collection account and the data associated with the app, published on Google Play by Maraverse Games. You do not need to reinstall the app to ask for deletion: the email route below works without it.
If you signed in with Google Play Games, the app created an account for you in Firebase Authentication (a Google service). It holds a pseudonymous user ID, your Play Games player name, the link to your Play Games profile, the dates the account was created and last used, and possibly your Google account email address (see our Privacy Policy, section 2.6). No game progress is stored in it.
Settings › Account. The account is deleted straight away. If the app asks you to sign in with Play Games once more, that is Google confirming it is you before the account can be deleted.
If you no longer have the app, or the in-app option does not work for you,
email support@maraversegames.com
with the subject "Account deletion request" and include your
Play Games player name (shown in the app as
"Connected as …", and in the Google Play Games app on your profile). If you
still have the app, you can also include the data ID from
Settings › Privacy. We will delete the account and confirm by
email within one month. We may ask you a question to make sure the request
comes from the account's owner.
Uninstalling the app does not delete the account. Unless you delete it, it is kept so that it can identify you on another device.
Your entire game progress — collection, coins, quests, achievements, streaks,
and settings — is stored only on your device. To delete all of it, simply
uninstall the app, or clear its storage in
Settings › Apps › Wildlife Collection › Storage › Clear data.
We never receive a copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on our side.
The app sends a limited amount of pseudonymous data to third parties to run and improve the game: anonymous usage analytics (Google Analytics for Firebase), rewarded-ads data including the advertising identifier (Google AdMob), and crash diagnostics (Sentry). This data is not linked to your name or to your sign-in account.
Because it isn't tied to an account, the most reliable way to remove it is directly from your device:
Settings › Privacy › Ads. This stops ads data being associated with your device. The pseudonymous data already collected is automatically deleted under each service's data-retention limits. If you would still like us to remove specific records, email support@maraversegames.com and include your in-app data ID (see below); because this data has no account attached, we will delete whatever we can identify.
You can find your in-app data ID in the game under Settings › Privacy, where Request data deletion also opens an email to us with the ID already filled in. Including it lets us locate and delete the analytics records for your installation.
